This timepiece crafted at the end of the 19th century presents an important bronze, with brown patina, depicting a gladiator seated on the ground, wearing a breastplate, carrying his shield on his back. This fighter holds in his hand an olive branch which, in Western culture, is the symbol of peace and victory. The enameled clock dial is graduated with blue Roman numerals for the hours.
