Oil on wooden panel by Lucien SEEVAGEN born in Chaumont-en-Bassigny on January 28, 1887 and died in Île-de-Bréhat on June 24, 1959. Lucien Seevagen was trained at the School of Decorative Arts in Paris, then at the Eugène Charvot's workshop. From 1907, he exhibited at the Salon des Artistes français, then at the Salon des Indépendants and at the Salon d'Automne. From the 1910s, his style moved towards the application of solid colors and the use of rings.
