"Art Deco Buffet, Rosewood, Black Lacquer, Chrome, France Circa 1925"
Superb and very rare original Art Deco sideboard or Buffet from France circa 1925.Magnificent rosewood veneer. Architecturally interesting multi-level tieres design, typical of the Art Deco period.
Original chrome fittings, applications and locks. Resting on a black lacquered base, supported in the middle and on 2 columns on the sides, floating freely between the two.
In the center it has a bar compartment, original faceted glass and mirrors inside. Behind the rosewood doors are each two original dark stained shelves with an inlaid decorative strip to the front.
Fully restored with an excellent piano lacquer surface and polished to a brilliant high-gloss.
