Rare carved mahogany living room easel from the Empire period. Tripod model, finely carved with swan's necks, palmettes, rosettes, dolphins, lion's paw feet. Thanks to an interesting rack system incorporated in the central barrel, the height can be easily adjusted. (the rear feet are probably posterior) Fine and elegant sculpture.
