A beautiful Art Déco fireplace, made out of the Belgian Gris d'Andenne marble. Ca.1926.  Photo's taken before dismantling.  Art Déco: 'The Rouring Twenties'. (1920-1939). The style is characterized by color, geometric figures, zig-zag lines, styled forms, modern artwork, designer lighting and furniture and handcrafted accessoires. It shows luxury in an artistic athmosphere. This period evokes that moment, when society was breaking with the past and racing towards the future.  This fireplace will be delivered with its original frontfloor-marble.
