Charming Pair Of Snow Landscapes Oils On Panel

Charming pair of countryside landscapes under the snow animated by a little peasant girl. Very realistic with their milky snowy sky. They are signed lower right "Polin". Very nicely highlighted by their original frame in richly stuccoed and gilded wood. They date from the end of the 19th - beginning of the 20th century. Entirely from the period and probably never unframed, they still have their little nails, very fine, to hold them in the frame. Dimensions: 21.7 cm x 15.7 cm panels 28.5 cm x 34.5 cm frames In their original condition. The varnish has tarnished slightly over time. A small, barely visible lack of stucco on one of the frames (photo 8). Many other objects to discover in my stand at the antique fairs in which I participate.
