"Warsaw 1920-30, Sterling Silver, Wladyslaw Hempel, Cookie Or Sugar Box"
Lovely cookie box, candy box or sugar box. It is very influenced by the "Sezession" style as we know it in Vienna and Prague at the beginning of the twentieth century but its Polish guarantee hallmarks tell us that it dates from the interwar period. It also bears the master goldsmith's mark of Wladyslaw Hempel, partner in the Hempel brothers' goldsmith manufacturing company in Warsaw between 1894 and 1944. It weighs approximately grams.
