Entirely in brass, bomb topped with a crest stamped with a decreasing series of gadroons. Plaque with the imperial eagle of the Second Empire on a background of flags, and marked "Dedication". The outer border of the plaque is framed by a ribbon bearing the inscription "Srs firefighters d'Eceuille". Mobile visor stamped with two crossed axes. Brass neck cover. One-piece stamped brass chinstraps for the chin rest and rosette: the chin rest with flat scales, round rosette stamped in gadroon relief. Black horsehair caterpillar extending 9 cm from the front of the crest. Square section feather holder (missing the tightening screw). Missing interior cap. Fairly good state of conservation. France Second Empire.
