Interesting Deccan Jug, Mythical Animal Head, Aquamanile?? India 18th Or Earlier

Unfortunately presented in its current condition, here is a very interesting bronze jug. On a circular pedestal, with a large ovoid body and a long beak with cut sides, decorated with the head of a mythical animal, its neck is surmounted by several developments, the last of which is absent. Probably a part of aquamanile, with a beautiful presence, both raw and elegant!
Bad condition: breaks and missing on pedestal, missing upper part, wear and dents. Please look carefully at my detailed photos, I'm not hiding anything!
Working from the Deccan, India, from the 18th century or earlier..
