Gouache On Vellum, Bouquet Of Roses And Narcissus, 19th Century.
Gouache on vellum of a bouquet of roses and narcissus signed Mme Flore À Plactrazi from the 19th century. In its original setting, this beautifully crafted bouquet has retained all its freshness. It is undoubtedly signed with the name of a watercolorist who exercised her talent in complete discretion. It is not dated but we can place it in the first part of the 19th century. The fine gold frame has some wear and we can see slight halos on the background but we can consider the whole thing to be in good condition.
