This watercolor represents The Valley of the Caliphs with an overview of Cairo. This landscape was created by hand, the lines are meticulous and delicate, the bright colors with plays of shadows and lights, the latter are well treated. This small watercolor is framed by an original golden baguette frame, beautiful patina on the frame, the Marie-Louise is pale green. We opened looking for a signature, but this watercolor is not signed. This work must date from the 50s and 60s. The watercolor is in perfect condition, its colors are bright. The frame is the original one, it has a beautiful patina left by time. Note that the protective glass is missing. For the condition, please detail the photos.
