The high bedside tables are very broadly curved, the crook on the front ending in a sculpted foliage motif.
The rear side of the butt is flat, which suggests use in an alcove or its use as a sofa placed against a wall.
The front of the bed is also very curved.
The crosspiece which highlights this curve is very sculpted with a floral cartouche in its center.
4 scalloped and curved feet on the front and 4 feet on the back of the bed ensure perfect stability.
The 2 front and rear crossbars accommodate a good-sized box spring (181cm x 72cm) which can be used as an extra bed.
The whole thing is in very good condition and is covered with beige canvas.
The bed can be completely dismantled into 5 parts, joined together for the woodwork by 4 lag screws.
