Charles-Emmanuel JODELET Paris City Hall - November 11, 1928. 2 Original drawings 2 original charcoal drawings with title in red gouache on the first, on a sheet of thick laid paper folded in half (page dimensions: 323 x 250 mm). These drawings are preparatory to those used for the cover of a concert program given at the Hôtel de Ville in Paris, in commemoration of the 10th anniversary of the armistice (program attached to the drawings). The first drawing represents a poilu in front of a cannon, it occupies practically the entire page, the second represents a bugle intertwined with a laurel branch, it occupies the central part of the page. Good condition overall. The concert was given by the Vocal Ensemble and Orchestra Classes of the National Conservatory of Music, under the direction of Henri Busser.
