"Wild Boar, Feather Wiper, 19th Century, Bronze From Vienna, Austria."
Bronze wild boar, Vienna, Austria, 19th century, with its original polychromy. Dimensions; length: 13 cms, height: 8 cms, width; 4 cms. Very beautiful representation of a grunting male wild boar, reflecting a beautiful aggressiveness expressed with attention to the details of its polychromy. We wiped the feathers inked in the feather holders in the natural bristles of the animal. These bristles filling the hollow made in the bronze on the back. The existing bristles are the natural ones of a wild boar, but have been replaced, the old ones having been very worn. Very good original polychrome condition.
