Astonishing statuette circa 1750-1780 representing a putto fisherman preparing to cast his fishing net.patinated bronze which has a good copper content.

Note some normal wear and tear, normal for a statuette that we love to touch and handle. on the back a bronze piece is screwed, perhaps this putto was originally winged. height of bronze without marble 13.2 cm.
