Very beautiful pair of lyre back chairs in molded beech, carved and cream lacquered, fluted legs, connecting dice decorated with flowers with a pretty striped fabric bearing the rare stamp of DAVID Master and merchant turner in Compiègne. He is cited among the suppliers of Menus-plaisirs under LOUIS XV. Lacquer restorations and wear, old metal reinforcements on the belt.
