"China - 5-leaf Screen With Communist Scenes - Revolution Period"
Very interesting and rare painted wooden screen depicting scenes from the period of the communist revolution. It is made up of five vents, each composed of four elements. It is a small upper panel decorated with flowers, a panel on which is represented a scene of life from the beginning of the communist era, a small panel carved in the minguo style and a lower panel with floral decoration. The whole thing is lacquered. Very good general condition and very pretty patina. Period: Beginning of the Revolutionary period - Republic of China. Dimensions: Height: 136 cm; Total length: 187.5 cm; Thickness: 3 cm.
