"Pair Of Louis XVI Style Silver Bronze Candlesticks After A Model By Feuchère"
Pair of silvered bronze dining room candlesticks, Louis XVI style, 19th century period. Acanthus leaf base, row of pearls, fluted quiver shaft, inverted acanthus leaves. Our candle holders are inspired by a Feuchère model exhibited at the Château de Fontainebleau. They are made up of 7 independent parts (a sign of the quality of the model), entirely in silver-plated bronze (bronze only, no brass parts). Beautiful model, ideal to complete an 18th century decoration on a table or in a room. Very good general condition, very well preserved silvering with minimal wear (only the row of pearls reveals the yellow of the bronze). Height: 20cm
