"Jarre De Biot 19ème, Hauteur 70cm"
Beautiful Biot Olive Jar from the second half of the 19th century, in glazed terracotta, 70cm high. It is in perfect condition, no cracks, it sounds good, It is pierced at the bottom. Flared neck, with a pretty varnish (they were varnished at the neck so that the rats would slide for the tale...), it has this round shape typical of the 19th century and has been kept inside, which explains its white patina , without lichen.
