"“reed” Floor Lamp René Mathieu (1905-1969)"
Here is a very rare complete copy and in very good condition of the floor lamp called "Roseaux" created by René Mathieu (1905-1969) for the French publishing house Lunel circa 1955. The luminaire rests on a circular cast iron base from which it raise three arms of light, each bearing its original opaline masking the light bulb. Three independent switches allow you to adjust the light intensity. It is equipped with new LED bayonet bulbs. The floor lamp is made of satin black lacquered metal, polished solid brass elements, white satin opaline and its vintage red translucent plexiglass flame. It is perfectly functional and in magnificent original condition. This is one of the most elegant and rare models of lighting produced by Maison Lunel.
