"Gouache Landscape Of Italy, Dubois-drahonnet"
Couple of walkers near an ancient arch in a town in Italy, the quality work is attributed to Alexandre Jean Dubois-Drahonnet (Paris 1791 Versailles 1834) It comes from the Grapillard family, architect at the Château de Versailles (according to an inscription on the montage rear) Dubois Drahonnet known for his high quality portraits, he also does very "pretty" views of Italy, whims, ruins, villas and other antique arches.
