Round Ivory Box Decorated With A Miniature Young Woman In A Late 18th - 19th Century Interior
Round ivory box, the lid decorated with a miniature representing a young woman in an interior, wearing a flowered headdress and standing near a steaming cup. Curved glass lid, tortoiseshell interior. Late 18th or early 19th century Fairly good condition despite a few cracks around the edge of the box. The small visible spots are the reflection of dust located under the glass and highlighted by the lighting. Diameter 7 cm - height 2 cm. Object whose parts in worked ivory date back to before July 1, 1947 and therefore comply with regulation CE 338/97 of 09/12/1996 art. 2-Wmc.
