Pharmacist's or patient's spoon in solid silver, early 19th century (1838-1850), Louis Philippe period. With Minerva hallmark and goldsmith's hallmark LB, two initials on the back of the handle GB or GR, at the base of the spoon there are the "pimples" which were used to crush the preparations.
