A large vase by André THURET (1898 - 1965) in very thick, blown and slightly bubbled "high-temperature glass", with a transparent aquamarine color tinged with light yellow.
Tool-worked decoration of heat-set twisted cords.
Signed.
France, circa 1940-1950

Excellent condition, no restoration, consistent with age and use (see photographs).
