Pretty side table from the first half of the 20th century. Very simple, in pure country and farm style, it is entirely made of solid pine. Its pretty top is set on 4 straight square legs, under which we find a small opening drawer with a pretty ceramic and brass handle. It is in good condition, with many traces of life, but it is still stable and solid. A treatment was applied to prevent the proliferation of wood-boring insects which began to nibble on the feet and the top. The sky blue shade is quite light, and the color has patinated over time. The top has kept its natural color with stains, holes, repairs, for a most striking effect! After spending decades in a beautiful house in the Lot, it can serve as an entrance console, a desk, or, under a beautiful mirror, create a quiet little corner where you can take care of yourself.
