Charming "Romantic" clock, portico with two columns in bronze plume supporting the movement and placed on an oval bronze base decorated with a frieze, topped with the same plume on the movement case. The fine enameled dial features fine painted Roman numerals and sober brass hands. Swinging as the hours pass by, a mischievous little polychrome parrot hangs on a brass ring. Winding is done from the rear for the movement which has no strike and it is protected by a blown globe as on its first day on a blackened pear wood base.
