The scrolled top is inlaid with butterfly wings with strips of light wood forming volutes.
The 4 feet are highlighted with beaded gilt bronze falls and end with a sabot.
The top pivots on one axis and opens in two flaps.
It is made of Mahogany, surrounded by molding. In its center, an emerald green fabric with a silky appearance (in good condition) forms the oval play mat.
