We present for sale this very pretty framed watercolor by the painter Emile WEGELIN, painter born in 1875 in Lyon and died in 1962 also in Lyon. He was the friend of Emile NOIROT and MONTEZIN, moreover in our painting we capture the influence that MONTEZIN may have had. Our work is very nicely framed and belonged to a regional artist who also died but more recently between 5 and 10 years ago. (E24)
