Terracotta / pipe clay tobacco pot, WS&S. Bohemia, Teplice region, 19th century. Lid decorated with a lying greyhound in polychrome. Body with two Chinese heads forming a reserve for matches, a scraper on each side, side faces decorated with attributes of the smoker in relief with pipe, tobacco, graters etc... Engraved with the letters "WS&S" + number 27 under the base. Dimensions: Total length 19.2 cm Total height 15 cm Base 17 cm x 12 cm Condition: Superb patina of time.
