René LALIQUE vase, Espalion model, also known as “fern” vase. Model created on March 11, 1927. Molded blown opalescent glass, opaque patina, spherical shape decorated with ferns. Height 18cm. Signed R. LALIQUE France. Model 996, listed in the 1928 catalog. Deleted from the 1932 catalog. Not included after 1947. Reference: catalog raisonné of R.LALIQUE by Félix Marcilhac, page 438. Very good condition, scratches from use underneath. Hand delivery possible in Ile de France.
