Kees Terlouw (1890-1948) a Dutch painter born in Rotterdam, but later active in France,
was a painter of still lifes of flowers, figurative paintings, landscapes.
The frame and painting are carefully and professionally restored.
The oil on canvas painting dates back to the twentieth Century and it takes part of
Bisgart Collection of Antique Paintings of the 20th Century.
