This specific example has a “consular” type case. Made of gilded bronze, it is embellished with ornaments depicting panoplies and festoons. At the four corners of the case there are elegant feral paws. The curved top hat, typical of this model, is topped with a handle to facilitate transport. In the lower part there is the lever for selecting the Small and Big Ringtone.
The movement has a platform with a lever escapement, positioned horizontally between the plates. The clock strikes the hours and quarters on two bells, while the repeater is released by means of the cord placed on the side. The alarm clock is armed via a second cord.
