Anthropomorphic Pitcher, Jacquot Pot, Man Sitting On A Barrel, Rodingote And Tricorn, 19th Century
Very interesting anthopomorphic pitcher called "Pichet Jacquot" in polychrome earthenware from the East from the 19th century. Our amusing earthenware represents a man dressed in a frock coat and wearing a tricorn on his head, sitting astride a barrel, a bottle in one hand and a goblet in the other. Note, small chips and enamel breaks due to use as well as the age of the object. It does not show any manufacturing marks.
