Rare pendulum in brass, glass and Lapis lazuli by Wolfers France.The lapis lazuli dial signed "Wolfers" France, indicates the time in Roman numerals.
At the back of this dial, a pretty brass plate finely chiseled with scrolls.
The movement is quartz and is in perfect working order.
