Secretary desk in lacquered wood with rich flower decorations on a black background, 19th century. It opens with a flap (the lock is missing, replaced by a magnet) and four drawers. The flap opens onto three small drawers and a shelf, all in burl veneer, the flap is covered in mustard-colored velvet. Two small sticks are missing (see photos) which remains very barely visible. The facade is garnished with two detached, fluted and sculpted columns. The drawers are fitted with locks (two keys present) The top also lacquered with flower decoration has several scratches The whole is in good condition despite traces of normal wear. Maximum dimensions: H 137 x 85 x 39 cm
