This beautifully crafted oil on canvas represents barges, we can think of Paris or Rouen, we have not authenticated the place. No doubt about the time, early 20th century. We see barges, a probably identifiable bridge, we listen to enlightened amateurs. The frame fits this work perfectly, it is in gilded carved wood with floral decoration.
