Aix landscaper, both painter and pharmacist, contemporary of Cézanne, one of the founders of the Friends of the Arts of Aix-en-Provence. He married the daughter of the painter Joseph Villevieille. He produces landscapes imbued with a soft and poetic light "à la Corot", inspired by the Aix countryside.
