"Pair Of Delft Earthenware Vases"
Pair of Delft earthenware gourd vases. Late 18th century period. Baluster in shape, they have an octagonal base, a swollen body, a long octagonal neck with a narrowed and flared bulb. The decoration in shades of blue on a white enamel background is of oriental inspiration mixing different flowers, foliage, polylobed reserves, interlacing and water leaves. Note some chips and a restored shine. Dimensions: Diameter 16 x H 37
