"Dianne Huntress, Bronze By Luca Madrassi"
Large bronze by this classical sculptor, influenced by Carrier-Belleuse, of whom he was a student as well as one of his practitioners. He exhibited at the SAF in 1874 as well as at the SNBA in 1896. He did not receive a state commission but had significant success with private clients. Dianne's bronze was made in several sizes, ours is the largest with a beautiful medal patina. Very beautiful red marble base.
