It is a typically Liège piece of furniture, dating from the second half of the 18th century, in mesh oak of very good quality as it should be, the woods are carved with numerous motifs from the Louis XIV repertoire such as the facing "Cs", the bases acanthus, foliage, palmettes and flowers, all with an interesting work of openwork parts at the level of the glasses in the style of parecloses as found on mirrors from the Louis XIV and Regency period, bringing a lot of finesse and interest in furniture. The vast majority of glasses are vintage, with their pretty irregularities. The upper part of the piece of furniture is flanked by a large carved cartridge corbel.
