High manufacture, a block of gold with an elegant mixture of brilliant and amatie gilding. From the Napoleon III period signed on the dial and its mechanism Farret, watchmaker listed in the Tardy, dictionary of French watchmakers. Huge domed dial in white enamel decorated with golden stars in relief and accompanied by finely crafted hands and all protected by a domed glass. Very finely chiseled gilded bronze with main decoration of cornucopias and richly decorated with foliage, ribbons, ivy, at the top decorated with a laurel wreath, a bow, quiver, arrow and torch.
Original mechanism without modification. Ringing from the hour and a half on an old bell.
