"Virgin Slaying The Demon - 18th Century"
Beautiful and large oil on canvas from the end of the 17th, beginning of the 18th century, the Virgin Mary crushes with her foot the snake holding the apple which will be offered to Adam by Eve (symbolic of original sin). the painting is bright and the original materials, it was restored in our workshop. it is framed in a period solid oak frame.
