View of port by André FRAYE (1887-1963), painter of military subjects, portraits, seascapes, still lifes, watercolorist, engraver and illustrator. He moved to Paris in 1909 and exhibited for the first time in 1911, at the Salon d'Automne, of which he became a member. A friend of Albert Gleizes, he was only slightly influenced by Cubism.
