"Art Nouveau Japanese Polychrome Bronze Lamp 1890"
Important Art Nouveau bronze lamp. European naturalist work presenting a heron on a base decorated with a water lily. The wader is surrounded by branches and poppy flowers. The polychrome bronze base is topped with a blown glass tank (oil tank) predominantly green (and red and black touches). The upper brass part is present (not photographed). Good condition, the tank showing a slight crack.
