Collectible officer's travel clock from the prestigious and appreciated French brand Breguet. Produced in the 1850s-1860s, as indicated by the reference number on the plate - "No 1916". A clock featuring a premium mechanism with a button activated alarm and snooze function. Functional, complete, with a beautiful sounding gong. Enclosed in an elegant cylindrical gilded bronze case, which is additionally finely carved across the entire surface. Glazed on all sides, original glass. White enameled dial with Roman indexes.
