19th Century Miniature Bronze Draft Horse With Dark Brown Patina

This workhorse is beautifully made. It does not bear a signature, but is reminiscent of big names. The quality is there, we see it in the rendering of the horsehair, the muscles and also in the vegetation on the ground. As for the patina, it is sumptuous, it has a dark shaded brown patina on a large part of the horse, more or less light on the other parts. It is authentic and old, no doubt.
