Individual container for drinking generally hot liquids. The cup has a vertical side handle rounded with a comma. It is cylindrical in shape with a flat bottom resting on a slight heel. Its matching saucer also has a flat bottom resting on a slight heel and a high sloping edge. The name "litron" cup was given by the Vincennes Manufacture around 1752. It was inspired by the mug to create this model. Cups and saucers appeared in series from the beginning of the 18th century. Green background decorated with music trophies, with in the center of the cup a reserve surrounded by a large gold net worked in amati, with polychrome decoration of a portrait of a young woman wearing a crown of flowers. Large gold threads on the edges.
