A solid walnut Emiliano table measuring 150 x 70 x 80 cm from the late 17th/early 18th century.

This fine centre table, although small in size, has beautiful proportions, attributable to the Modena-Reggios area.

Smooth crossbeams join the massive square-shaped supports.

The thick solid wood of the top with strong lateral protrusion is usual throughout the Emilian area.

Evident is the adherence to Florentine models from which this table differs in the less elaborate ornaments and finishes.
