Superb and old poster representing the famous Hotel Regina Excelsior in Nice. This poster was created by Leonetto Capiello of Italian origin m. It is in good general condition but has some small wear in places.** Leonetto Cappiello, born in Livorno on April 9, 1875 and died in Cannes on February 2, 1942, is an Italian painter, illustrator, caricaturist, poster designer and sculptor, naturalized French in 1930. Cappiello is considered, following Jules Chéret, as the renovator of the French poster.
