Louis XV Style Alcove Sofa, 18th Century Lacquered Wood

Charming little Louis XV style alcove sofa from the 18th century in relacquered wood. Its scalloped-shaped backrest receives armrests with cuffs resting on whip-shaped consoles, the seat rests on scalloped crosspieces resting on five well-curved seats. the whole receives a delicate decoration of sculpted flowers and foliage. Traditional trim redone and covered with linen cloth.
Good condition, an old wooden reinforcement at the top of the upper crosspiece of the backrest visible in the photos, beautiful patina of the lacquer (recoveries, accidents and losses)
